Three simple face masks for skin lightening treatment at home.



1. Dried Orange Peels and Yogurt Mask :


Orange peels can be dried at home by placing them under the sun. Dry those till all the moisture is gone and the peels turn crisp. 

Grind Dried orange peels into powder form & mix one table spoon of it with one table spoon of unflavoured yogurt.
 Apply this mask on face for 15-20 Min and then scrub it lightly.
 This mask is effective in lightning skin & spots as well.It also helps to remove black heads when scrubbed.

2. Tomato, Yogurt and Oatmeal mask for Lightning Skin:



Add One table spoon each of yogurt and tomato juice to a tea spoon of oatmeal.Mix it and apply on face for 15-20 Min . when it get dry remove it by scrubbing lightly.
This mask is best for Lightning skin and also effective in removing sun tan.

3. Milk, Lemon Juice and Honey Mask:


Use One table spoon each of Milk/milk powder, honey and lemon juice and mix together well.Apply this mask on face for 15 to 20 min.
Lemon Juice should be fresh not frozen juice.Lemon Juice may be not suit some sensitive skin if you are allergic to lemon.

These solutions can be used daily or every alternate day .

Take some quantity of honey, corn flour, rose water and lemon juice mix it well and  Make a mask and apply it on your face and rub it after it becomes dry just wipe it out, for adopting or apply this procedure two times in a week you will feel superb difference on your face and your face will become smooth and shiny day by day.Use this procedure twice in a week in start & later on after getting results apply once in a week.

Take 2 table spoon of ground almonds and mix it with 1 cup of arq-e-gulaab (rose water) and blend it for 2 minutes. Now put it into a bottle and apply twice a day, you will feel your face clear and no oil on it.Apply this method at least one month continuously.

By the end of cycle You should take 60 min easy walk daily in your routine.
